Mr. Joos is a graduate of Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., BA 1962 (with honors), and the University of Florida College of Law, J.D. 1965. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Associations. Mr. Joos has extensive experience in the area of real property transactions, including residential and with complex and varied loan closings for commercial and subdivision development, in which he has represented Sellers, Purchasers and Lenders. Mr. Joos has particular experience with transactional work for not for profit and religious organizations and also has significant experience in probate matters. including the preparation and administration of Charitable Remainder Unitrusts.
