Mr. Smith obtained his undergraduate degree in History from New College of Florida. He obtained a J.D. with Honors from the University of Florida and his LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida. Mr. Smith is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Section. A member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Mr. Smith is active on several Bar committees. Mr. Smith assists clients in business, real estate and litigation matters including: business formations, business litigation, boundary line disputes, quiet title actions, commercial foreclosures, landlord tenant actions and other property related matters.
